Stephanie Ashqar, PA-C, is a skilled physician assistant specializing in dermatology, with a robust educational background and a passion for patient care. Possessing a rich history in the medical field even before her career as a PA, Stephanie worked as a medical assistant at a multi-specialty skin cancer center where she coordinated tumor boards and aesthetic conferences. Inspired to nurture her career in dermatology, she graduated from UC Irvine with an undergraduate degree before earning her physician assistant credentials from Samuel Merritt University.
Stephanie’s personal approach to patient care places a strong emphasis on patient education, empowering her clients to become proactive in managing their skin health. Using a combination of both medical and cosmetic expertise, each patient receives a treatment plan that is unique to their skin. An active member of both the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and the California Dermatology Physician Assistant Society, Stephanie is dedicated to continuous learning and professional development in all facets of dermatology.
Outside of her professional role, Stephanie enjoys quality time with her family and friends, traveling, exploring new culinary experiences, weightlifting, and experimenting with nail art at home. She is fluent in English and Arabic, allowing her to connect with a diverse patient population.
