Cosmetic Dermatology

First OC Dermatology offers a wide variety of cosmetic and medical dermatology services that can treat and manage skin conditions.

Facial rejuvenation, the process of improving wrinkles and reversing the signs of aging, has been an evolving process for the past several decades. Advancements in technology have significantly improved patient options and outcomes. First OC Dermatology associates are well versed in the newest technologies for anti-aging and facial augmentation for optimal patient results, comfort, and beauty. We carry over 20 different laser technologies at our facilities and have been pioneers in adopting various technologies. Having the experience and capability of using different treatment technologies allows for our cosmetic specialists to create treatment care plans specifically tailored to each individual's needs. There is no "one size fits all" when it comes to facial rejuvenation or augmentation. Every patient's face and needs are different. Being treated at a board certified dermatology facility allows for your experienced medical provider to customize treatment plans to focus on bringing out your natural beauty and create a long-term, sustainable skin care plan, specifically for you.

First OC Dermatology has two practices in Fountain Valley and Irvine, CA. For more information on our treatments and to schedule a consultation call (949) 679-9994 (Irvine) or (714) 531-2966 (Fountain Valley).

Fillers (Juvederm, Restylane, Bellafill) are an instant way to rejuvenate the face by restoring volume in areas that started to sag or “sink-in” as well as give an instant “lifting” appearance.

Neurotoxins (Botox, Xeomin, Dysport) are best known for their ability to temporarily weaken muscles to help reduce facial wrinkles. These work by reducing the chemical signals between neurons in muscle tissue. More than 7 million cases of Botox/Xeomin/Dysport are performed each year with positive patient reported outcomes! Results are typically seen within 3 to 5 days, with changes up to 14 days after your procedure. Repeat treatments are performed every 4 to 6 months.
